The spacious living area has TV, DVD / video player and CD / tape player. A selection of DVD / videos and CDs are available together with a range of board games and books.

The house has been fitted with ceiling fans in each bedroom which adequately cools during the summer and has electric heating if needed in early or late season, as well as an open fire place.

A stair-gate is also available to assist with protecting children.

All bed linen and towels (ex beach towels) are provided.
